 Chris performed the inspection on our home and being a first time home buyer, I was full of questions. He answered all of them professionally and in detail, so I could feel at ease and make informed decisions. He was very thorough and took his time inspecting every corner of the home. He would explain things to us and then insert everything into a system that organized the data in an easy to understand format so that we could go over it with our realtor when needed. He also took the time to teach us about the different systems in our home which was also very helpful. Chris was not only our inspector but a teacher, too, which we fully appreciated! Chris did  a complete home inspection for me on a home that I was buying. Chris was very punctual and organized in his approach. He definitely knows what he is doing and felt like I was in good hands. He uses a home inspection program that helps organize the data for me as well as for my realtor which provided us even better info for negotiations on the home. Chris, our inspector, did a phenomenal job inspecting the home we were looking to buy. He was very thorough and provided us easy-to-use reports that detailed out all findings and recommendations. He not only walked us through the home and pointed out the concerns, he took the time to explain how to fix said issues and gave us cost estimates for each fix. I'm not a Mr. Fix-it, so his help and explanations were very useful. He also helped us prioritize the list of projects so that we could evaluate exactly how we needed to move forward. I would highly encourage anyone looking to buy a home to get this inspection group. They are priced fair and friendly providers, but most importantly, they do a good job. Like I said before, we had a great experience. Integrity home offers a variety of inspection options. What stuck out for me though was that they provided a more personal touch than I could have ever expected. Our inspector was patient as he answered all of my questions.  Chris was very professional and thorough his inspection of the home. He knew what to look for and explained in detail anything he felt might be an issue either sooner or later. Chris Tallon, the owner of Integrity, provided a detailed home inspection of our homestead which is a complex, multi-dwelling historical structure on approximately 2 acres. Member Comments: Chris provided a thorough and complete inspection of the estate which required 7-8 hours on-site reviews of all the home systems and sub-systems, provided full & accurate digital photo representation of the home and invested more hours still chronicling all of this into a 60 page written report that we are using to: 1) correct imperfections and, 2) leveraging as a complimenting report to our traditional home marketing documents. Chris executed all of his work through his high character disposition complimented by a software detail-capture system that assures accurate report representation of his inspection work. Chris also accommodated our pressed schedule and was able to conduct all this work under very tight deadlines by working sacrificially through a weekend and evenings. Chris performed a professional grade radon test He dropped off the test on a Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. He set up a machine to measure the radon levels. It was pretty small, so it was out of the way. We had a detailed report by Monday of the results, which were thorough. Johanna M.
